The production of bed linen is mainly based on 100% Pure Cotton fabrics. Each Ipersan item is subjected to quality control tests that ensure compliance with quality parameters, to guarantee the product longevity, resistance, and non-deformability. The finishing of fabrics, or the set of treatments (scouring, mercerizing, bleaching, dyeing/printing and finishing) to which the fabric is subjected, is the result of know-how gained internationally. Particular attention is paid to the choice of using fabrics dyed with “reactive” dyes that guarantee the maintenance of the original colors after frequent washing and a soft hand to the touch. Furthermore, all the fabrics used in the production of items that require total non-shrinkability, such as mattress covers and edges to be applied, are subjected to a particular treatment called “sanfor” during the finishing phase, which prevents the fabric from shortening, even after frequent washing.
